Native Android terminal

Kerminal

A terminal on your phone that compiles.

A real shell on a real PTY. The APK is a launcher; you download an official rootfs, then add Git, Python, Node.js or a C/C++ toolchain with kpk when you need them.

Start small. Add tools.

A compact core with packages installed through kpk.

Your development workspace

Git, Python, Node.js, C/C++, Rust, Go, Zig and JVM tools. Build Android apps with Gradle and the Android SDK.

Get started

  1. Install the APK. Allow installation from your browser or file manager when Android asks.
  2. Add a rootfs. Open Kerminal, download the official image (or pick a local tar), then open a session. Try bash --version.
  3. Make it yours. Browse all packages, or add a few essentials:
    kpk install git python node
